Finally, after completing rehearsals, Vaso Laskaraki won a small role in the cast of the fourth cycle of the daily series Ambitions.
Recognition came with the series The Apartment Building in 2008. Specifically in the spring of that year, she went through casting for a role in the then new series of Mega Channel directed by Vassilis Thomopoulos. She became especially known to the general public for her starring roles in popular TV series including The Apartment Building, Stolen Dreams, To soi sou and Eros After.
However, Tina Mesaropoulou, while commenting on the specific excerpt of Vassos Laskarakis’s interview on Happy Day, said that the disagreement was not about the concept, but about the money.
Tina Mesaropoulou said:
“The money that Vaso Laskaraki asked for was very, very much. It was an amount that what I can say was unreal.” Now we know why Vaso Laskaraki did not get the show.
