Natalie Portman’s Fables released!
Natalie Portman has released a book with gender-inclusive versions of popular children’s fairy tales. The illustrations for the book were made by the artist from California, Jeanne Mattia.
Natalie Portman presented a book – Natalie Portman’s Fables that includes gender-inclusive versions of famous stories for children – “The Turtle and the Hare”, “Three Little Pigs” and “The Country Mouse and the City Mouse”. The actress noted that her goal was to update popular fairy tales, to better match contemporary culture.
Meanwhile, Natalie Portman is putting her body through its paces to get in shape for her next Marvel movie. The Oscar winner is preparing to shoot Thor: Love and Thunder in Sydney, Australia and is training hard in her diet and exercise regimen, after a month-long pandemic hiatus.
The Oscar-winning actress repeats her role as Dr. Jane Foster, for the fourth installment in the Thor saga, which will also feature Chris Hemsworth and director Taika Waititi.
It was announced that Portman would be returning to the Marvel Cinematic Universe at Comic-Con last year and it was hinted that Waititi’s superhero film would draw on material from Jason Aaron’s Mighty Thor story, when tackling the Mjolnir with Thor’s mystical hammer.
At the very beginning of the Coronavirus quarantine, Natalie Portman took part in recording a cover of John Lennon’s song “Imagine”. The initiative was launched by Gal Gadot.
