Harry Brant, son of US top model Stephanie Seymour and billionaire Peter Brant, is dead. He died at the age of only 24, as a result of an accidental overdose.

The family described Brant as a powerful soul, loving and creative, bringing light into the hearts of people. Brant was found lifeless on Sunday.

Harry Brant worked as a model from a young age. His clients included the Italian Vogue and the French fashion company Balmain. He and his brother Peter also published their own unisex make-up line for the Canadian cosmetics company MAC. Even as a teenager, he was allowed to try his hand at journalism, in his father’s magazine.

Together with his brother Peter, Brant had developed a line of cosmetics that was intended for both men and women. He was known as the Prince of the Night, as he was often found at parties.

Brant’s mother, Stephanie Seymour, became known to a wide audience in the 1990s. During her relationship with Guns-N’-Roses singer Axl Rose, she appeared in the videos for the world hits “Don’t Cry” and “November Rain”. But in 1993, the two separated.

According to media reports, Harry Brant had struggled with addiction problems for years.
